Read this before signing. Ask about anything that is unclear. Nothing here obliges you to do anything you have not initialled in the wardrobe section.

2. Age and identity verification

The Model confirms they are eighteen (18) or older and has presented government-issued photo identification, a copy of which the Photographer retains on file.

3. Agreed wardrobe levels

Initial only the levels you consent to. Any level left blank will not be photographed or recorded. Levels may be reduced at any time during the session.

4. You may stop at any time

The Model may pause the session, decline any pose or wardrobe level, or end the session entirely at any point, for any reason or none, without explanation and without penalty.

Within seven (7) days of delivery, the Model may request in writing that specific images or clips be withheld from public use. The Photographer will honour that request.

5. Rights granted to the photographer

Subject to sections 3, 4 and 6, the Model grants a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, retouch, colour-grade, crop, exhibit, publish and distribute the images made during the session, for:

the Photographer's portfolio, website and social media
the N0ldS0ul photographic series, in print, online and in exhibition
submission to magazines, editorial platforms and photography publications
promotional use for the Photographer's own services

Commercial licensing to third parties is not granted here and requires separate written consent, negotiated at the time.

6. Credit and identification

Choose how you are identified when images are published. This instruction is followed in captions, credits and tags.

Credit line — name, handle, or "do not identify"

7. What you receive

This is a trade session — no money is paid in either direction. Deliverables, delivery method and deadline are agreed in writing before the session, and that correspondence forms part of this agreement.

You receive a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use the delivered files for personal and self-promotional purposes, without watermark and without further payment. You may not resell them or licence them to a brand, agency or publication for paid use without written consent.

8. You confirm

You are eighteen (18) or older with full legal capacity to sign.
You are not bound by an agency contract that would prevent this session.
You own or have permission to reproduce any tattoo, artwork or garment you bring.
Once images are published online they may be copied by others, and complete removal cannot be guaranteed.
You have had the opportunity to read this in full and ask questions.

Governed by the laws of the State of California, venue Los Angeles County. This is the entire agreement for this session and replaces any prior discussion.
